Hurricanes Spliced
A Mixed Media “Splice Collage” involves taking two different hurricane watercolor paintings and slicing them into vertical elements and then splicing/gluing them together. The viewer is able to shift their understanding of one hurricane's color and motion to then see the color and motion of the other hurricane.
